Dr Bob Rich is an Australian storyteller who has retired 5 times so far, from 5 different occupations. He is still a writer and editor, and most important, a professional grandfather.

Because he loves young people, everything Bob does is aimed at changing our world to one with a chance of survival, and one worth surviving in. He’s been doing this si

nce 1972, and all his writing is a tool for culture change.

Bob hates being preached at and refuses to preach at others. Instead, he invents characters, then listens to what they tell him. He is their scribe rather than their master, and this leads to page-turners. The various plot twists always surprise him.

His currently 16.5 published books include nonfiction in various fields, 7 novels, and 3 short story collections.

1850: a small Australian town. Glindi, an Aboriginal woman, gives birth to a daughter, the result of a rape by a white man. So, she names the baby “Maraglindi:” Glindi’s sorrow. But the girl has the gift of love. She responds to the cruelty, disdain and hate of the white rulers of the land by leading people to Love. She can do this, because she is actually an apprentice angel, sent to earth to guide us.

She is murdered in horrific circumstances at 14 years of age, after many adventures, but even then turns the tables on her murderer, and returns a second time, with an ending that will bring good tears to your eyes.
